How to increase Size of C Drive Sharing other drive with C

Follow the steps below

Step 1

go to start menu>search and type disk management 

from the options select "create and format Hard dist partitions"

Step 2

from the new window select your drive and right-click on it. from options select "change drive letters and paths"

Step 3

click add

Step 4

Check Mount in the following empty ...

browse for other drives to be share with C

Step 5

Select the other drive in my case its E:\ and click new folder

Step 6

Name the new folder in my case its CExtended and click OK

Step 7

Click Ok

Step 8

You are done close the window and check your drive. Now you can install your software in the shared drive as well. :)

You Just need to follow the steps bellow:
Step 1
* go to https://www.google.com/ and type "Download SQL Server"

Step 2
* go to first option https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sql-server/sql-server-downloads and select express version.

Step 3
* Download express version

Step 4
* Go to your download folder and select the downloaded file and double click on it

Step 5
* Click YES

Step 6
* Select Basic version and click on it.

Step 7
*  Accept the licence terms and click on it.

Step 8
* Browse for the directory change if you do not have enough space in C. (For increasing the size of C go to disc management and right click C drive and select "Change Drive Letter and paths" then add other drive with a folder in it named anything in my case its E with folder extend .

* You are done here let the installer work itself.
